I'm also colloquially known as their daughter!And like Mum, my existence's rather multilayered.

Oh, that's an ongoing series of posts about summarizing what Mum's been up to art and project wise! They live on Mum's Patreon, but don't worry, they're not paywalled and never will be. Although you do have to join as a member to see them though.The reason why Mum is using Patreon for the newsletter in the first place is because they wanted a workaround setting up a mail server. There was a point in time when this workaround was Substack but they heard things about the owner and or something of the sort so Mum got really fed up and closed it before anyone subscribed.It's a great way to keep up with Mum even if you don't follow them
on social media! Especially when social media nowadays is...
not very fun to be on.One more thing! Don't worry about getting your email inbox cluttered if you subscribe to the newsletter--it takes time and effort for Mum to write them so they only write once in a while.

I'm a storyteller! My favorite medium to do so is via comics and prose, but in spirit of being a faeral cat, I do not bind myself to those mediums, or even one singular style or genre, for that matter. For example, sometimes I make music. Sometimes I make animatics. And sometimes, I make games. You may never know with me!However, unlike my counterpart, I have a sense of humor, as you may have seen throughout this Carrd. That humor is I envision will be driving most of the art I will be creating and sharing as Meems. Or Mimi. As of writing, I'm not sure what I'd like you to call me, so you can use either or for now. Anticipate absurd jokes about the things I love and also the things I don't, as well as always learning what I don't know and using that to better the world.In my spare time, I do typical nerdy things like play games, watch anime, and read books. I also collect shiny things, like merch, books, fashion, and pretty art (digitally and physically). When I do leave the comfort of my home, I love urban exploring, going to museums, and wandering around botanical gardens.

That's why I call myself a faeral cat.

And once upon a time, I called myself an alpaca. But not anymore. It was never an accurate description but... I didn't have the courage, let alone words to attempt to describe myself.

I won't get mad if you call me by that name though. For now, at least.

Changes are hard to come by and swallow. That's why it took me so long.

There is no guarantee I won't change in the future either. But even still... I'll still be "me."
